These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Cocktail Lifestyle Exhibition events and your use of this website. Please read these terms carefully before registering or making a booking.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or registering as an exhibitor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2 Exhibition Participation
- Table space bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount.
- The organiser reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
- Table space allotment, including location within the venue, is at the sole discretion of the organiser.
- Table spaces are non-transferable. Exhibitors may not sub-let or share their space with another party without written permission.
- Each table space must be manned by the exhibitor or an authorised representative at all times during exhibition hours.
3 Payment & Cancellation
Full payment of the table space fee must be completed before the exhibition date as per the schedule communicated by the organiser.

The organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government orders, force majeure), in which case amounts paid will be credited towards a future event.
4 Exhibitor Responsibilities
- Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their table spaces within the designated timings.
- Exhibitors must not damage the venue or any exhibition property. Any damage caused will be charged to the exhibitor.
- Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, fire safety regulations, and applicable laws.
- Loud music, aggressive selling, or any behaviour that disturbs other exhibitors or visitors is strictly prohibited.
- Selling of counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal goods is not permitted and will result in immediate removal without refund.
5 Marketing & Intellectual Property
- The organiser may photograph or video-record the exhibition, including table spaces, for promotional purposes. By participating, exhibitors consent to such usage.
- Exhibitors may not use the Cocktail Lifestyle Exhibition name, logo, or event branding for their own promotional purposes without written consent.
- All marketing collateral produced by the organiser remains the intellectual property of Cocktail Lifestyle Exhibition.
6 Liability
- The organiser, its partners, or agents shall not be liable for any theft, loss, or damage to exhibitor property during the event.
- Exhibitors are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their goods and display materials.
- The organiser shall not be responsible for poor sales performance or any indirect, consequential, or economic losses suffered by exhibitors.
7 Communications & Promotions
By registering on this website, you consent to receive promotional communications, SMS alerts, and RCS messages from Cocktail Lifestyle Exhibition regarding upcoming events, offers, and updates. You may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting us directly.
8 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
9 Amendments
The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website. Continued participation in exhibitions constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
